Smita is a self-taught artist, her creativity takes on many forms of artistic endeavors…. murals to sculptures to doing select interiors to creative writing. Inspirations are all around when the urge to create takes over, a saree transforms into painting, shreds of broken glass into new avatar and mud into a sculpture to cherish.

After exhibiting at New Delhi’s Lalit kala Academy she now exhibited her select works of art at Bangalore’s Karnataka Chitrakala Parishat.
